You will find convenient bicycle rental available on the property as well as other on-site amenities that include a lighted tennis court, fitness facility, heated swimming pool, hot tub, sun deck, gift shop, laundry and internet (email) checking center.
Minimum age requirement is 18 except for Spring Break when at least one person in the room must be 25 years of age.
Families and couples alike will find the perfect accommodations to meet their needs. These two bedroom, two bathroom condominiums bring the tropical flavor of Key West indoors. Room amenities include air conditioning, balcony, cable TV and VCR, in-room safe, hairdryer, phones with data ports and voicemail, full kitchens that include coffeemaker, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
**A $25 per person per night fee will be collected at check in for any rooms exceeding 4 adults.**
Pets are welcome at the resort and there is a $30 per night charge. Limit 2 per room. Upon checkout of the resort, the suite will be inspected for any damages made and the guest will be responsible for those damages.

3685 Seaside Drive, Key West FL - From the Key West Airport take a left out of the airport onto Roosevelt Blvd for approximately just over a mile. Sunrise Suites will be on the left hand side of the road.
From the Miami Airport take SR-836 West. Merge onto FL-836 West. Take the SR-826 South exit towards US-41/Tamiami Trail/Flager Street. Merge onto FL-26 South. Take FL-874 South towards Homestead. Merge onto FL-874 South. Take Florida's Turnpike South. Turn slight right onto South Dixie Highway. South Dixie Highway becomes US-1. US-1 becomes North Roosevelt Blvd/US A1A. Turn left on A1A as you come into the island of Key West. Sunrise Suites is located on Seaside Drive, just off of South Roosevelt Boulevard/A1A.
